Biogineers: Going beyond the narrative of Climate Problem to a Societal Challenge


What do Biogineers do?

Biogineers are a group of bombastic and caring company leaders, who are not just creating a new ethical strategic supply chain company, showcasing all of our most cutting edge innovative ready to go regenerative technologies and products. We are giving all walks of society the tools to live and enjoy a life that is in balance with natural living systems.

Biomimetic design, the basis of all our products, comes from learning lessons through emulating nature. Social wealth is created by listening to people’s needs and being brave enough to create projects and work lives that are not just functional, but also respectful that many of us have families or other people to care for alongside our core work.


What is our conduct?

What does this mean though? It means becoming a champion of your own self, of your community and being brave enough to turn the world upside down, not as a revolution as they rarely work as people wish them too, but just to rectify harmful and foolish imbalances.

We support female lead enterprise, and cooperatives serving local needs, more information coming in campaign we will be launching and supporting on a regular basis. Campaign coming soon......”Mother Earth” more on that in later posts.

We want to tell you we are here to serve you, whether that you is large multinational corporation or a small community group; an island community or an entire continent spanning multiple climatic and cultural zones, everything starts with a conversation and discussing how to address a societal and / or environmental challenge.


How are we doing it?

We are a company with a female leader with a round table management style, a balanced gender team, embracing diversity, spanning a wide range of ages and life experiences and viewpoints. Our team is ready and waiting to onboard as we grow. We have coalesced our diverse group of individual strategic partners into an aggregated supply chain, all striving for excellence.

Coming soon, as our company grows expect to see Norwegian style horizontal management team on equal salaries, non toxic team communication, pride in honest work and the space to say how we can do better as an organisation for its workforce and how to enhance customer relationships.

Each of our partners strives to understand the route to optimal health and commonwealth, this inspires us to serve the values of dignity, humanity, peace and equitable prosperity for all species and peoples.


What is our message for COP26?

We really don’t have any more time for “them and us”, bogey men, bad women and raiding strangers. “They” are not the ones cutting the branch we are all collectively sitting on together, it is “Us” who has hold of the saw. Let us put the saw down, and help each other off the branch to firm ground, to safety. Then have a grown up conversation without blaming each other for the mess we are in, and talk about what comes next for us, and who can do what to help.


Going beyond the narrative of Climate Problem to a Societal Challenge.


I used to think the climate problem was unsolvable, but viewed as a societal challenge, I feel more optimistic. The first change comes from within our individual bodies and minds, we must wish to make a change, then we need to understand what is stopping us from reaching out, generally hurt, pain and conflict, which is why we need to mend our hearts, bodies and heads at the same time as we heal Mother Earth to help shield us from the heat of Father Sun.


To heal humans, we need to forgive and be forgiven, and to let love creep into our hearts, with love and dignity we can walk forward together. We don't all have to like each other, that is an unreasonable goal given the timeframe, but we do need to understand everyone has the right to life, dignity and their personal communication with the divine as they perceive it. And every stranger is a friend you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting.


So, what do we need?

The time to act is NOW, people need to have access to quality jobs and work and to have multiple choices of companies to work for which have a positive regenerative purpose at the heart of their operations.

Quite simply access to finance and funding for our management team and to match funding for our demonstrator projects in the UK, Mexico and Caribbean and beyond.


When do we need it?

Yesterday and right now. There are too many good people working unpaid to get to net zero, and too many people that have already lost their homes and livelihoods, let’s get a move on NOW, we are brave enough to say, help us to help the world.
